Payment Procedure
All reservations require a 50% deposit 30 days prior to arrival. The remaining 50% must be paid 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
All cancellations must be made via fax
or e-mail and are subject to the following penalties: 30 days prior to arrival, 100% refund. 29-15 days prior to arrival, 50% refund.14 days prior to arrival, no refund.

Children policies
Children ages 5-12 receive a 35% discount on rates. Children ages 0-4 receive a 100% discount on rates.

Guide and Driver Policies
One tour guide and one driver per group (10 people or more) stay free of charge. A service charge of $20 each for one tour guide and one driver per group (9 people or less)

Billing Procedures
Deposit can be made to: Banco Nacional de Costa Rica, Golfito Branch Account #3283-2 in colones under the name of Albergue Bosque Esquinas S.A
